Activities

• Watching turtles laying their eggs, hatching and swimming in our bay.

• Scuba Diving courses (PADI) and dives around the islands can be arranged with the local dive master. (Seasonal)
• 2-seater clear bottom / native kayaks , life jackets included (see picture).
• Fishing with us and then cook the catch over a fire on our beach or a deserted beach.

Island Hopping (All tours and activities can be booked at the resort)

• Tour 1 - Port Barton / Island Hopping (Full Day)  Morning cruise around Port Barton bay in our pump boat and snorkel in its marine sanctuary area. Hop from island to island and enjoy a picnic lunch cooked over a fire on a deserted beach. Then to the Aquarium reef and Manta-Ray reef for snorkelling or just observing the many fish (Includes Lunch).
  
  
• Tour 2 - Water Falls / Island Hopping (Full Day) Morning departure for guided tour by pump boat, then 20 minuets on foot to Begaho waterfall. It is 17 metres high which falls into a secluded pool where you can have an exhilarating swim (see picture). Next enjoy a picnic lunch cooked over a fire on 'Exotic Island', then more snorkelling on one of the many reefs. (Includes Lunch).
  
  
• Tour 3 - Barong Bong / Middle Rock Cruise around in our pump boat and explore the beaches around beautiful Barong Bong, then snorkel around Middle Rock (am or pm departure).
  
  Sabang
  
  Day trip to Sabang to see the World's longest Underground River (UNESCO world heritage).

Hiking In our private 52 hectares and beyond (see map below).

• Hike 1 (Turtle Bay)  - 1½ Hour round trip to view point 10 which overlooks Turtle Bay, Port Barton Bay and San Vicente. (see pictures)
  
  
• Hike 2 (Fishing Village) - 2 Hour round trip to our local fishing village, enjoy taking some photos of the fisherman's daily lives (guest favourite).
  
  
• Hike 3 (Monkey Trail) -  3-4 Hour round trip, hike to Hideaway Beach , then a 1 hour hike to view point 12. When you arrive your guide will prepare a fresh coconut for you to drink. You can relax and view the beautiful surrounding islands and look out for the monkeys.
  
  
• Hike 4 (Mangrove River) - 4-5 Hour round trip, hiking through the tropical forest past the indigenous community to the Mangrove river. Then picked up by boat, ½ hour boat ride back to Secret Paradise Resort.
  
  The Butterfly Garden & Crocodile Farm Tours is included in our transfer to and from Puerto Princesa City.
